The Session India Pale Ale (Session IPA), or India Session Ale (ISA), is basically a session-strength take of the standard hop-dominant profiled American IPA, showcasing modern American or New World hop varieties and usually ranging from 3.0-5.0% ABV. It is differentiated from American Pale Ale by typically being lower in alcohol and usually having more hop-dominant profiles and generally have less body than a standard IPA.
